Reiki (Usui and Shamanic)

Reiki – Hands on or off

An ancient, non evasive, yet deeply healing holistic therapy that uses universal life force and spiritual energy to treat both physical and emotional ailments and is suitable for both humans and animals (I’ve seen amazing results in both dogs and horses) for added "UMPH" we can incorporate the use of crystals

Shamanic Reiki

This treatment goes a little deeper. Again, using ancient and ancestoral healing techniques with added sounds (Tibetan bowls, gong, shamanic drum, tuning forks and vibration to shift blockages and restore balance and harmony).

We can incorporate the use of crystals with this treatment too!

Reiki treatments are an hour. For the exchange of £35

Tarot Readings

Tarot can offer you the insight, clarity and guidance that you seek to help you navigate lifes ups and downs. With intuitive guidance, from myself, my spirit and a beautiful deck of cards we can delve deep to find the answers, helping you to make informed decisions moving forward.

Please note, as humans we all possess free will and Tarot is purely a guide. It is up to you what to do with the answers you receive.

Tarot readings are for 30 minutes. For an exchange of £25

Guided Meditation (groups and 1-1)

Close your eyes, get comfortable and cozy and let me take you on a journey to a safe place where total peace and relaxation await.

Let the sound of my voice, the music vibration sounds of Tibetan bowls lead you into a deep state of total relaxation, where you can let go and release all that is negative and all that no longer serves you well.

During these guided meditation sessions you will also receive Reiki if you wish to.

Guided meditations are an hour. For an exchange of £25.

Crystal Healing and Sales

Believe it or not, each crystal has its own vibrational energy that can balance, help heal and clear our energy fields.

During this treatment we will discuss your needs and I will, with your help and input, choose the appropriate crystals to use. You can receive this treatment sitting or laying down.

If you are interested and would like to own your own crystals then you are more than welcome to view my stock.

Hopi Ear Candling

If you experience, pressure, discomfort, stress and anxiety, headaches and sinus issues then Hopi Ear candles could help.

The process involves placing a hollow candle, usually dipped in bees wax, into the ear canal and lighting the opposite end. The warm air and smoke create a vacuum that draws out any excess ear wax and impurities. This is followed by a relaxing massage of the sinuses to aid with the release of pressure and to help with drainage

Hopi Ear Candling is 45 minutes. For an exchange of £20.
